NEET Consulting 2017: The first allocation list was released; What will happen next?

The Medical Counciling Committee of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MCC) released the first allocation list for the year 2017 under graduation (UG) admission under National Eligibility and Entrance Examination (NEET) under 15% All India Kota (AIIQ). Candidates can check the list by clicking here

Candidates whose names appear in the first allotment list, should be reported in the allotted Medical / Dental College for admission between July 16 and July 22 (till 5 PM). Candidates should try to get admission as soon as possible and should not wait for the last day because different medical / dental colleges have different vacations / work hours. Some colleges require two to three days to complete the formalities.

If a candidate fails to attend the allotted college within the prescribed time, then his seat will be canceled and he will not be eligible for the next round consultation.

Candidates should take care to take the following original documents (with their certified photocopies) for admission:

(I) CBSE Examinations

(Ii) Results / rank letters issued by CBSE

(Iii) Date of birth certificate (if metric certificate is not same)

(Iv) Class 10 certificate

(V) Class 10 + 2 certificate

(Vi) Class 10 + 2 Issue Sheet

(Vii) 8 passport size photographs paste on application form such as

(Viii) Provisional allotment letter generated online

(Ix) proof of identity

(X) Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Physical Disability (PH) category should get certificate of certificate issued by competent authority (in the standard format specified in Prospectus / Information Bulletin) and it should be in English Should or Hindi language Please take precautions through the prospectus / information bulletin to understand and follow all the requirements in this regard.

Candidates should also look for college information, allocated colleges, and other documents required for them to enter.

The second round of consultation process for eligible candidates will start from 1 August, 2017. Candidates will be given the opportunity to use their choice, to lock elections and to go for new registrations. The registration process will be open till 4 august on 4th August. The process of seat allocation for this round will be between August 5-7 (3 days). The second round will be published on 8th August. Candidates will have to report in the allotted colleges against the Round 2 on August 16, from 9th August to 5pm.

The consultation process for AIIC seats will end after two rounds and the vacant seats will be transferred to the state quota. The first year session for MBBS and BDS students will start from August 4, 2017.
